Glenn has over 20 years’ experience working in resources, investment, property, and industrial sectors. With a background in consulting, Glenn has spent majority of his career working in a variety of project and corporate roles across Australia, Canada, and China.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours and MBA degrees from the University of Western Australia. Glenn is committed to driving Inteforge to new heights.

Martin has 25 years of experience in engineering, fabrication, and project delivery with extensive experience in delivering projects across the world in various industries.

Equipped with a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in international trade, commercial management, project delivery, international logistics and estimating, Martin brings the experience and technical know-how to make any project successful.

Alan has gained a wealth of knowledge across international fabrication facilities over the last 20 years. His experience ensures works are planned and executed to the highest standards, meet quality requirements and on-time delivery.

Alan has an unparalleled ability to manage the moving parts of a project. Inception to completion, our customers can trust that Alan will provide quality experience throughout the entirety of the project.

Paul has worked across a wide variety of fields, being involved in fabrication, pressure equipment, structural steel, maintenance, onsite construction, and shutdown work. He has over 30 years’ experience in welding supervision and inspection, which means he brings a well-rounded perspective to the team.

Paul is dedicated to ensuring all work delivered by the business exceeds the expectations of our customers and industry standards.

Project Manager, Phil has been driving project outcomes across the world for over 15 years. He has been a key contributor in the delivery of several large-scale multi-disciplinary (SMPE&I) projects for our customers, predominantly in the oil & gas and iron ore sectors.

Phil is experienced in all aspects of project management, including the key areas of safety, contract administration, project controls, client relationships, people management, fabrication, estimating and quality.

Jake tackles fabrication with a construction mindset, bringing over 10 years’ construction and engineering experience. He has spent significant time based at fabrication facilities, working for extended periods on Australian sites executing large-scale structural, mechanical, and piping projects within the mining and oil & gas sectors.

Jake has been responsible for the successful delivery of engineering and project management scope on multi-disciplinary fabrication and construction projects for customers throughout Australia and North America.

Ainicka has over 14 years’ experience working in procurement for the mining and energy industrial sectors. She has a meticulous approach to project delivery; her international experience, understanding of the global market and risk management has made her an asset in supporting our biggest projects to date.

Ainicka is a strategic thinker and a problem solver. She has the ability to build trust and relationships with suppliers, contractors and customers.

Hank’s technical knowledge and experience of the industry is what sets him apart, working across infrastructure, power, mining, and the oil & gas sectors over the last 12 years. Through his career he has had extensive experience with tendering, estimating, contract, cost management and project management.

Hank has been involved in a variety of Inteforge projects across the globe, working closely with frontline operations.

Jackie has over 13 years’ experience in the industry. During his time with Inteforge he has worked closely with the project teams and held multiple positions within the field of finance. Jackie holds Bachelor of Management with Accounting major from the China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing).

Jackie is an analytical thinker, his project management skills and ability to integrate with the operating team results in optimal project solutions.
