Our brief
Inteforge was selected by Jacobs to provide detail drafting, supply, fabrication and delivery to project site of all steelwork, modularised pipe racks and shop fabricated pipe spooling for the Lubrizol petrochemical expansion in Deer Park.
The solution
Inteforge carried out detail drafting, procurement, fabrication and full transport and shipping logistics of 25 preassembled modular pipe racks with heat and cryogenic insulation and steam tracing. We also developed transport and lifting arrangement for direct placement in position on site. With a low-level tolerance, the pipe racks required precise alignment at the shop to ensure seamless installation.
